1. Service Nature

Our services include company registration, annual return filing, ROC compliance, and other company secretary–related documentation and consultancy.
As these are professional digital services, once work has commenced, refunds are generally not applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before we begin processing your request or submitting documents to authorities.
  • Once we start document preparation, name reservation, or any legal submission, the payment becomes non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to okavasprivatelimited@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment or technical error in transaction.
  • Service not initiated or delayed beyond 15 working days without valid reason from our side.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Client-side delays in providing documents or information.
  • Change of mind after service initiation.
  • Rejection from the Registrar of Companies due to incomplete or incorrect client-provided data.
